I have been working with Philco on a house renovation in North Saanich and I cannot say more for their ethics, integrity, design capability, great workmanship and more. They are making my visions come through in a timely manner which for today's challenges is not to be taken for granted. They know the best subs and everyone that works on our project are amazing. I have worked with many contractors in the past, but the Philco team is rapidly becoming our best friends on the island.
